Events.We host many events that aim to further the Zebra Centre's work That includes: off-campus and on-campus clothing drive, samosa sales, Zebra Centre seminars and club social events. In the 2020-2021 academic year, we hope to have card-making events for families and children in the Zebra Centre, lunch-hour talks and more.

Herd for HelpEvery September to October, we host an online fundraising and awareness campaign in hopes to raise awareness about child abuse and money for the Zebra Centre. To express our gratitude, every contributor receives a prize sponsored by local businesses.

On- and off-campus clothing driveIn January, we placed cardboard boxes across buildings in campus and went door-to-door to collect clothing and sanitary items for families and children under the care of teh Zebra Centre. Thank you to our volunteers who worked hard even in such freezing weather!

Zebra Centre SeminarIn March, the day before the University of Alberta stopped in-person classes, we had an educating and eye-opening evening talk from Emily, the Communications Coordinator of the Zebra Centre. She talked about forms of child abuse, statistics around this issue, how to detect and help prevent child abuse and answered many questions we had.

Dessert saleWe made desserts to sell in the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy (ECHA) to raise money for our day-to-day event expenses.

Samosa saleSponsored by New Indian Sweets and Restaurants. In February, we had a warm-food sale to raise money for our event expenses and club fees.
